Happy Go Rafting

this wiken was wicked :)...i went rafting with my folks @ Citarik. we've been planing to go rafting since last year i guess and at first we cancelled this trip on February. And all of the sudden, last week we spontaneously planned this rafting trip...less than a week preparation hahaha...voila!this was my first time!!!!.

we went on early morning on Saturday. the meeting point was @ rasuna apartment. we rent an executive elf for 14 hours-rent. But the driver was late *sigh..finally we got out from jakarta @07.00 am. 10 people on board...me, lia, kandi, fifi, ririn, gatot, ridwan, alan, furqon, and mas erwan.




Our rafting appointment was on 10.00 am..but waaw..the traffic jam was so crazy,,,we arrived @ 11.00 am. There are more or less 3 rafting services company around there which are arus liar, caldera, and kaki langit. we used the caldera indonesia rafting service company.

As soon as i arrived there, i was stunned with the citarik river,,,the stream and i was suddenly afraid :P, how if i fell from the rafting boat?...hehehehe...but i'm sooo thrilled and excited so that i could overcome my worries.





we were devided into two teams, each team 5 person with one rafting instructor. My team were me, kandi, fifi, furqon, and mas erwan...we're on the second boat. When our turn came up, there are three boats...the first boat, ours, and the rescue boat. we got 10 minutes of briefing, i was listening it so carefully hihihihihi...so here we go!we took the 9K rafting route, this adventure took more or less 2 hours of rafting. We had to pass 20 streams. We have to take a pick-up car to go to the rafting start line.

our instructor, mas duduh was very cooperative and cool. But sometimes he played the boat as if he wanted to make us fell from the boat hehehehe,,,but that was cool! there were time when we passed the not-so dangerous stream , we jumped into the water with just hanging to the boat...wow, it was just amazing hahahaha for a beginner like me. There were also times we warned to be careful @ few points...the stream was quite dangerous hehehe but i trusted mas duduh hahahaha..

i was enjoying the citarik river view...the air, the current, the view...it was just a perfect picture for adventure. I really wanna go for 17K rafting route...which will end @ pelabuhan ratu and will take 5hours to get there.

well finally we arrived @the finish and drank coconut waawww...delicious! after that we got back with the caldera place with pick up car again (10minutes-ride). The food was served and it was good... we took a bath and then have a moment to stay and take a rest.



Sadly, we have to end it and went back to jakarta *sigh...but overall, caldera served us well! i don't mind using their service next time :).

in the car, we planned the next trip which is body rafting @ the green canyon...next destination, peeps!!!

a-lightning-strike-moment-in-life, mine.

i have something to be shared, what i called a lightning strike moment in life...have u ever experienced it? i'm sure every person has its own lightning strike moment. the lightning strike moment is a moment when a person realize something that will change his/her life forever, whether it is good or bad. actually it is a turning point of life.

i've experienced it once... the bad one (at first i thought that). At that moment, i felt like i'm failing my parents and it was a big mistake that i made and i never gonna take it back as it used to be :(...i was so drowned with guilty, i tried and i tried to forget it by getting some distraction. i did some activities to forget it but when i was alone, those feelings struck back :(...it felt like i was falling from the highest mountain and sinking to the deepest ocean :(...i can say that was one of my lowest part of my life, up until now, ocassionally.

but you know what, i can not be this way for the rest of my life...i have to fight all of my bad guilty feeling and get back my positivity, my spirit and energy to face life ahead. After i talked to God, over and over again after my pray time. i have to admit that I'm only human and human made mistakes...a lot! every day, every minute, every second...i just keep that in mind that no human is perfect. nobody is perfect. i would just have to forgive myself and try to loosen it up.

So here I am, try to face life everyday with gratitude. i still have to build up my positive mind that everything will be alright...meanwhile one thing that i do is that i'm trying to have minimum connection or even no connection with the person or the thing or whatever it is that can bring back my bad feelings... that is for me, so that i can forget it and continue my life without any disturbance.

i thanked my family and friends who supported me to past last year, this years and hopefully years ahead, in my ups and my downs...i love them.

this lightning strike moment really had me a lesson of life but i don't wanna through the same path like what i did in the past. i don't want to!! i have got to change.

Please God please guide me safely through every mile of my life :)...

Sweet February Trip

howla...

finally, i went out of town on 2010...Bandung is my 1st destination for a one day trip. With one of my friend, he and I went there with citylink travel on Saturday morning. We were fully using public transportation hehehe...thanks for my friend for not making me lost! our destination were Rumah mode-jalan sultan agung (looking for God inc which was very confusing because i had the wrong number of its address hihihihi)- nanny's pavilion (we're not having lunch there hiks...i noted that we have to reserve it on weekend,, it was sooo crowded)- suis butcher (affordable steak but great taste)-so many distro and FO incl.heritage- Kartika Sari on Dago-PVJ (having yoghurt hahahaha...far away from jakarta ended up with yoghurt :P)- cipaganti. fiuhhh what a tiring day (full of walking hehehe and taking public transportation). But so happy that i could go there and i went home by myself hihihihihi, my friend had to stay @bandung...what an accomplishment for me :P...this Bandung trip was better than the last time i went to bandung, waaayyyy much fun and adventurous!haha...too much words i guess LoL...

i used to hate it..but now, i loovedd frozen yoghurt :))

anywaaay...i would loved to go there again...:)

and,
last long weekend holiday, i went to anyer with some friends :)) a perfect gateway...we had a great great time.
